RFRA Compliance Statement

Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) Compliance

Entheo Temple operates in strict accordance with the principles of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) of 1993 and Georgia Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) of 2025 as adopted both federally and by State of Georgia.

We are committed to upholding the rights and freedoms afforded under these acts, which ensure that governmental entities at both the federal and state levels do not substantially burden an individual's exercise of religion unless it is in furtherance of a compelling governmental interest and is the least restrictive means of furthering that compelling governmental interest.

Membership and Sacramental Use

Entheo Temple membership represents a declaration of faith and an agreement to use our sacred spaces and sacraments solely for purposes of spiritual and religious communion. We respect and honor the sacred journey between our members, the sacraments, and the Spirit, acknowledging that these practices are deeply personal and held with profound reverence.

Entheo Temple welcomes all who come in sincerity, adhering to the tenets of our faith and the guidance of the Spirit. We believe that the relationship between an individual’s faith, the sacraments, and the divine is a personal and sacred connection, free from undue external interference.

Ensuring Compliance and Protection

We adhere to all stipulations outlined by the federal RFRA, ensuring that our practices are protected under these guidelines and that our community's spiritual activities are conducted in a legal and safe environment. This adherence affirms our commitment to the spiritual welfare of our members and the sanctity of our religious practices.

By becoming a member of Entheo Temple, individuals acknowledge and accept these conditions, affirming their commitment to engage in spiritual practices that align with the sanctified use of entheogenic sacraments under the protection the federal RFRA statute.

Our Dedication

Entheo Temple is dedicated to providing a safe, legal, and spiritually enriching environment for all members. We commit to the responsible stewardship of our practices, ensuring that they reflect the sacred intentions of our community and the protective statutes of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.
