If you've had a season of depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, injury, disability, or you're affected by neurodivergence that inhibits your executive functioning, we understand.
Our organizers offer hands-on support as well as counseling on the circumstances that led to the chaos in your space.
Yes, we do:
We work together to sort what you no longer want or need in your home, taking extra care with sentimental items and gently pushing you to release what is truly just clutter.
We'll help you shop for storage and organizing solutions, then put everything in it's logical place... implementing systems to make it easier for you to maintain.
The maintenance behind this spiritual process is in the habit changes you integrate into your lifestyle. As you change your mindset and cultivate mindfulness you make space for better executive functioning and mental health.
"This was my very first experience asking for help with organizing my home. To start, I was super anxious and feeling exposed for a less than perfect home so it took a lot of vulnerability but they both were so welcoming and non-judgmental that my anxiety quickly faded. We worked together and got SO MUCH accomplished in such a short time. Would definitely recommend."
"I had an incredibly healing weekend with Alex and Mira as they helped me go through the chaos that was all my fathers tools and things I inherited when he passed 8 years ago. There were so many emotions, feelings, and a lot of trauma hiding in the piles and I was unable to even attempt it on my own without having multiple panic attacks. They held an incredibly safe space for me to let go of and honor so many things, both physical and metaphorical. So grateful for their compassionate help!"
Mira and Alex are completely in sync as they work. They’re calm and efficient. The anxiety and shame I felt prior to “exposing" my household disorder quickly dissipated. No judgment. Only kindness and understanding. I have used organizers previously. They were ineffective long term because they didn’t work with me on my personal issues that kept me in the cycle of clutter. I can’t emphasize this “therapy" aspect enough. I am beyond thrilled with the results.

Our standard rate is $120/hr for two organizers. We work as a team of two to expedite your project. Ballpark donation for our expertise, is about 5 hours x $120/hr = $600. We find that most of our recipients are urgent to put their mess behind them, so we optimize your healing by bringing Alex's downsizing / decluttering expertise and Mira's systems setup and interior design expertise. The project gets done TWICE as fast as if you were just working with a solo organizer.
Your experience starts with a phone call to get acquainted and see if we feel like a fit to work together.
Then, either request photos of your space or arrange a quick drop-by to see the scope of the work.
We'll set you up with a first-time organizing session of 4 to 7 hours. Expect domestic miracles, impressive before / after photos and a huge helping of RELIEF.
After the first session (and if more time is needed) we'll estimate how much longer our engagement will be. It depends on the density of clutter and how engaged you can be with us.
Most recipients work with us between 1-10 sessions; 4 to 7 hours each visit. You can book organizing days one at a time until the project is complete.
Once we've had your first session, you might even get inspired to work on your own between visits! The goal is to set you up to where you can maintain this new skillset and level of ease for life!
