Minister Ordainment

Are you called to serve the collective in spiritual growth?

Mentor directly with co-founding ministers of Entheo Temple, Mira Joleigh & Alex Himes. Learn to safely and effectively hold space for sacrament ceremonies. We ask that prospective ministers become contributing members and active participants in our community for a year prior to approaching us for Ordainment.

Weekly Educational Curriculum, Office Hours w/Founding Ministers

Every month you will complete several recommended readings or film screenings to deepen your comprehension and proficiency in working with the sacrament. We'll host a discussion to give you a dedicated space to reflect on your insights and ask questions of your mentors.

Preparation & Integration Skills Mastery

Weekly Educational Curriculum, Office Hours w/Founding Ministers

Weekly Educational Curriculum, Office Hours w/Founding Ministers

Preparation and Integration are essential to the potency and effectiveness of a sacrament ceremony. These key skills support members to have a safe and beneficial spiritual immersion with Divine Presence. We will spend time during Monday Office Hours, throughout the year, addressing this aspect of your service to the members.

Quarterly Sacrament Ceremonies (You Receive)

Practicum Days: You Assist & Shadow the Founding Ministers

It's important for all ministers to be doing their own personal healing and spiritual work throughout the program. Each of the participants in the Ordainment cohort will receive a private or small group sacrament ceremony once each season. These crucial experiential days serve as a "vivid and felt understanding" you will reference often in your ministry.

During the first year of your Ordainment mentorship, you will have opportunities to shadow the Founding Ministers in the ceremonies they have scheduled (as an assistant). We encourage you to take notes and reflect with your cohort during our Monday Office Hours.

Opportunities To Co-Lead Monthly Breathwork Circles

Additional Practicum Days: Trainees Enroll Loved Ones for Ceremony

Entheo Temple offers monthly breathwork and sound bath experiences to the community. As these offerings continue to grow, you will be able to co-lead and assist. We hope your participation inspires you to co-create more novel group containers for the membership, within the Entheo Temple ecosystem.

During the first year of your Ordainment mentorship, you will have opportunities to invite up to six of your loved ones to come in for ceremony, (solo or in pairs) under the supervision of the Founding Ministers. These training ceremonies are offered 'pro deo,' no donation except for the participant's annual membership.

During the first year of your ordainment program, you will help to co-create a Summer Beach Retreat,  an Autumn Camping Retreat, and a Winter Cabin Retreat for our members. These training retreats prepare you to work together in larger group containers. These retreats will be your first opportunity to receive compensation for your service.

Preparation for Employment with Entheo Temple Inc

Upon completion of the Ordainment mentorship, you will become a part-time employee of the church. You will only be able to offer sacrament ceremony and sacrament retreats on payroll, within the Entheo Temple ecosystem. Your first year of employment is a continuation of your mentorship with the Founding Ministers. You may build a related but separate business offering services such as meditation, yoga instruction, energy healing, coaching, etc -- to supplement your income.

Discussion Group With Your Cohort

Discussion Group With Your Cohort

You will be in ongoing communication with your mentors and the small cohort of ministers-in-training who have chosen to take this journey with you. The relationships you build in this year together will be some of the deepest and most aligned of your lifetime. We look forward to welcoming you into the ministry.

"As a culture, many of us are disillusioned by traditional religion. We crave authentic spirituality and soul connection with others. Our work, as Entheist ministers, is to facilitate personal experiences of Divine Presence through the gift of our sacrament, and to shepherd like-minded community"

Mira Joleigh
