Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) Compliance

Entheo Temple operates in strict accordance with the principles of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) of 1993 (RFRA) as adopted both federally, and now an almost identical act has been drafted and is under consideration by State of Georgia. 

We are committed to upholding the rights and freedoms afforded under this act, which ensures that governmental entities at both the federal and state levels do not substantially burden an individual's exercise of religion unless it is in furtherance of a compelling governmental interest and is the least restrictive means of furthering that compelling governmental interest.

Membership and Sacramental Use

Entheo Temple membership represents a declaration of faith and an agreement to use our sacred spaces and sacraments solely for purposes of spiritual and religious communion. We respect and honor the sacred journey between our members, the sacraments, and the Spirit, acknowledging that these practices are deeply personal and held with profound reverence.
